How do I connect my domain name to OneHourSite?
Step-by-step: point your domain (TransIP, Cloudflare, IONOS, …) to OneHourSite with CNAME and TXT records.
On Solo or higher you can connect a custom domain (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com). By default you already get a free address: yoursite.onehoursite.eu.
What you need
• A paid plan with a published site.
• A domain at a registrar.
• Access to that domain’s DNS settings.
Steps in OneHourSite
1. Open your site in the editor.
2. Open the Custom domain panel.
3. Enter your hostname (e.g. `www.yourbusiness.com`).
4. Save — you’ll see DNS records (CNAME and/or TXT).
5. Add them at your provider.
6. Wait, then click Verify.
Typical records
• CNAME hostname → `your-slug.onehoursite.eu` (use the value shown in the editor).
• TXT on `_onehoursite.yourdomain.com` → verification token from the editor.
Copy the values exactly. Common issues: wrong host, leftover A records, verifying too early.
