1. Who are we?

OneHourSite.eu is a website-builder platform operated by Happy Testing. KvK number: 24475537. Postal address: Nederwaard 6, 2904SH Capelle aan den IJssel. Privacy contact: privacy@onehoursite.eu. Hosting and storage are in the European Union.

2. What data do we collect?

• Account data: name, email address
• Website content you enter yourself
• Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security)
• Essential cookies required for the platform to function
• Temporary intake draft in your browser (sessionStorage), so a refresh does not wipe your progress. It stays on this device until you close the tab or create the site; we do not send it to our servers until you confirm.

3. Where is data stored?

All data is stored and processed on servers within the European Union, including the AI processing on Solo and above (see section 4).

4. AI-written copy and review (Solo and above)

On Solo and above, an AI model writes copy for your site and reviews the design and photos; on Pro and above it also helps you edit and drafts a reply to a visitor's message. For this we use Amazon Bedrock from Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg) as a subprocessor, under a data processing agreement. Processing takes place in data centres within the European Union; your data does not leave the EU. We send only what the model needs: business name, trade, your description and services, town, opening hours, service area, design wishes and example URLs, the text of reviews without the reviewers' names, and reduced copies of your photos and of screenshots of your site. We do not send your email address, phone number or street address. For a draft reply, the visitor's name and message are sent, without their email address. Amazon Web Services does not store this data, does not use it to train models and does not share it with the model's maker. On Starter we use no AI model.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. Contact us at privacy@onehoursite.eu.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. The intake wizard stores a temporary draft in your browser sessionStorage (not a tracking cookie). Analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent.

7. Retention and cancellation

While your account exists we keep the data needed to provide the service (contract). If you cancel a paid plan but keep the account, your site stays on the free Starter plan. If you delete your account (settings → delete account), we erase your data within 30 days unless a legal retention duty requires otherwise. HTML export is always available while the account exists.
