Terms of service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Service
OneHourSite.eu provides a self-service platform to build and publish professional websites. The service is available based on your chosen subscription plan. The service is provided by Happy Testing, KvK number 24475537, postal address Nederwaard 6, 2904SH Capelle aan den IJssel.
2. Content ownership
All content you create through the platform remains fully yours. We claim no ownership over your text, images, or other materials. You can export your data at any time.
3. Use
You are responsible for the content you publish. The platform may not be used for illegal activities, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
4. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. The free Starter plan is offered without an SLA guarantee.
5. Cancellation and account deletion
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Your site then remains available on the free Starter plan (subdomain). HTML export is always possible. If you delete your account, we erase your data within 30 days unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
6. Illegal content
You may not use the platform for unlawful or criminal content, including CSAM, hate speech, terrorism, fraud, malware, or infringement of third-party rights. You remain responsible for all content on your site, including visitor-posted content if you allow it.
7. Notice and takedown
Anyone who finds unlawful content on a site hosted via OneHourSite can report it to privacy@onehoursite.eu (subject: unlawful content notice) with the URL, a description, and — if known — the legal basis. We assess the notice and may suspend the content or take the whole site offline.
8. Hosting and liability
Happy Testing / OneHourSite acts as a hosting intermediary for customer-published content: we do not originate that content and do not pre-approve it in full. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for unlawful content on customer sites while we have no knowledge of it. After a valid notice we act expeditiously to disable or restrict access. The platform may suspend or take sites down for unlawful content, a notice, a security risk, or an AUP breach.
